L'exoplanète est une géante gazeuse, ce qui signifie qu'elle n'a pas de surface rocheuse et ne pourrait pas être habitable. L’image, vue à travers quatre filtres de lumière différents, montre comment le puissant regard infrarouge de Webb peut facilement capturer des mondes au-delà de notre système solaire, ouvrant la voie à de futures observations qui révéleront plus d’informations que jamais sur les exoplanètes.
